ResortCom has become recognized as the top performer in each of its primary products and has very strong relationships with each of its clients. ResortCom’s philosophy is built around being a business partner with each of its clients and having a profound impact on their success. In that role, ResortCom has also been recognized as a solution provider with new products that compliment the needs of each client.

In order to consistently achieve this reputation, ResortCom has become very focused on attracting very strong talent at all levels of the organization (and specifically at the executive management levels). Besides people, ResortCom is very focused on strong and sound processes, and very focused on the utilization of technology to provide efficiencies in its operations. In that capacity, ResortCom has developed its own proprietary operating system for its business. This system is considered by many as being the best in the industry. In addition, the Company is continuing to develop major system enhancements via either expanded internal system development or through the integration of complimentary systems utilizing web services integration. This has been accomplished recently with the full integration of a CRM system, on-line contract storage system, air travel GDS, and other strategic services.

ResortCom is a very performance based company. This philosophy has been incorporated in its fee structures. Fees are earned on a performance basis, extra revenues generated for clients are shared on a commission basis, etc. Another key philosophy is ResortCom’s approach to the customers of each of ResortCom’s clients. Many competitors in our industry have actually built their business plan around taking the client’s customer and making it their own (for purposes of services and revenues). Our Company’s strategy is to create products that protect our client’s customer, enhances the services provided them, and to share the revenues generated from products our Company sells to them.
