Our comprehensive compensation and benefits program reflects a philosphy that our

- Medical Insurance: ResortCom International
provides two options to choose from: a Point of Service (POS) and HMO plan.
- Dental Insurance: Employees are offered two
options to choose from: an HMO and a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).
- Vision Insurance: We offer a vision insurance
plan, which covers glasses, contact lenses, and optometrist visits.
- Life and AD&D Insurance: ResortCom International
provides company paid Life and AD&D insurance for the employee for their dependents.In
addition, employees may purchase Supplemental Life and AD&D insurance for themselves
and their dependents.
- Long Term and Short Term Disability: We offer
STD and LTD at no cost to the employee.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan: ResortCom International's
401(k) plan allows you to make a pre-tax contribution to a savings plan as well
as providing a Company match. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k)
plan 6 months after their date of hire.
- Paid Time Off: ResortCom International recognizes
the need for time off for rest and relaxation. ResortCom International provides
9 paid holidays per year and a Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual rate that is based on
continuous years of service.
- Additional Benefits: Direct deposit, travel
and hotel benefits to visit client resorts in Mexico, Park City, Hawaii and the
Carribbean.
